Kitchen Remodel - Before and After To stay within budget, a new laminate surface counter top was selected that looks like granite. A new seamless drop in sink was designed into the counter, which further conveys the granite look. Brushed nickel fixtures replaced the old chrome fixtures. New tile flooring throughout the kitchen and dining area was installed. Walls were freshly painted in a coordinating green tone to match the tile and counter top.

As you can clearly see the wood tones in the cabinetry, doors and trim appear much richer. This is due to the wall paint color; and, the texture and color found in the flooring and counter tops.
Hanging the window coverings at the top of the window enhances the height of the room. This master bedroom is now a relaxing retreat from a busy day.
Bath Remodel - Before and After Walls were freshly painted a soft green tone to coordinate with the kitchen tile. A rich wood floor was continued from the hallway into this half bath. New brushed nickel towel racks, shelving, mirror and lighting were installed to bring this bath up to date.
Entryway - Before and After Walls were freshly painted a soft beige tone to keep this area light, however, not stark. A rich wood floor was installed to ground this area. A new brushed nickel light fixture along with light plates was added.

Master Bedroom - Before and After Walls were painted a neutral earth tone. New plush carpeting was installed. Rich panel curtains with sheers for privacy were installed over the windows. New bed linens, accessories and lighting were added, as well.

Master Bath - Before and After Walls were painted a matching neutral earth tone with the bedroom; however, I selected a dark brown for the bottom 2/3 of the room to give it a cozy spa feeling. A simple silver brush stroke accent was painted between the earth tone and brown. New tile flooring was installed. New mirror, lighting and towel racks were added. A coordinating shower curtain brings this room together.
