  • Re-arrange/Redesign - I visit a seller's property and
    use the seller's existing furniture and accessories to
    achieve the best first impression a potential buyer may
    get, and the best sales impact.

  • Enhance - I use the seller's existing furnishings and add
    additional decorative furniture and accessories to
    achieve the best impact. These items may be loaned,
    rented or sold to seller depending on the arrangement.

  • Vacancy Furnishing - Staging a seller's vacant property,
    which may include paint, window treatments,
    furnishings, and accessories.

  • Model Furnishing - Planning, designing, furnishing and
    staging a builder/developer's spec or model property.
    The seller rents/owns the furnishings purchased.

Pricing depends on the services provided, which may be
charged by the job or by the hour.
