and builders to create Model Home design for occupied and
vacant homes. I own and rent furnishings and accessories to
help set your listing apart from the others.  While all rooms
may not be staged, those that are will look finished and
complete welcoming a new buyer. Furniture, area rugs, and
accessories used appropriately to the style and price point of
the home can create the lifestyle image buyers will form an
emotional connection to.

What is Home Staging and Redesign?

Home Staging is professionally preparing homes for sale, so
that they appeal to the most amount of buyers and generate
the highest price in the least amount of time on market. As
described by Stagedhomes.com, Home Staging is De-
cluttering, detailing, depersonalizing, neutralizing, and
preparing a seller's home to give it a "model home"
appearance so that the potential buyer can see themselves
living in the home.

Home Redesign is decorating and rearranging owners existing
furnishings and accessories to enhance and freshen the look
and feel of the owners home. Services range from consultation
